Juliana Broste, “TravelingJules,” is a 12x Heartland Emmy award winning travel video journalist–a producer, shooter, writer, editor and host. Whether you spot her in front of the camera or behind the lens, you'll recognize this fierce female filmmaker sporting pink lipstick and an armful of camera gear!  Her enthusiasm and joie de vive inspire travelers to get out of their comfort zone and try new things.

Jules is on a mission to discover adventures around the world and document them, too.  From Thailand to Turkey to Tanzania, Jules has visited all seven continents and has explored the states extensively. Known for her high energy, high quality travel vlogs, Jules shares her story with signature style. She creates content for destinations, brands, media outlets and her travel vlog.  Jules has been featured on networks like CNN, The Points Guy, Lonely Planet, Local Now, Matador Network and USA TODAY.  She has also landed dream job assignments for Bumble and Viator.  See if you can spot Jules on TV!  As a Travel Expert, Jules appears on national segments and on NBC 9News Denver on Travel Tuesdays– you just never know where you’ll see her next!

Jules is always up to date on the latest camera gear, tools and trends. As a Canon Co-Lab Ambassador, Jules shares storytelling skills and technical tips often, leading educational sessions and hands-on workshops with delight. Her blog, The Video Hustle, serves as a resource for filmmakers and content creators. She enjoys collaborating with some of her favorite brands, Adobe, Manfrotto, Joby, B&H, CES and NAB SHOW.  For seven years, Jules helped recognize excellence in video production, serving as National Trustee and Executive Committee member of the Heartland Chapter of the National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences Board of Governors. When Jules is not holding a camera, you’ll find her on stage—delivering an inspiring keynote to a room full of creators or awarding MICHELIN Stars. Jules currently serves as the Director of Marketing for the Colorado Chapter of the National Speakers Association.

Springing off to adventures near and far, Jules calls Denver, Colorado her home and her launchpad.  She graduated Magna Cum Laude with Honors from the University of Colorado at Boulder with a degree in Advertising.  In her spare time, you’ll find Jules snowboarding in Vail where she is a fully certified instructor.  Come along for the adventure with TravelingJules on Instagram and YouTube.  Happy travels!

• My presentation will utilize a projector + screen and sound.

• I build my presentations on Keynote and will run on a MacBook Pro computer. My computer can receive signal through a full size HDMI cable plugged in directly.

• I will bring my own clicker.

AUDIO

• Open to the following audio options:

  • wireless lapel microphone

  • handheld microphone

  • headset microphone

TELEPROMPTER / PODIUM

• For emcee work, I prefer a teleprompter if available. Open to a podium or no podium. If there is a podium, please note I am 5 feet tall and may prefer to stand on a half-apple box if the podium is unusually tall.

• For educational presentations, I prefer a podium where I have access to use my laptop.

• For keynote presentations, I prefer NOT to have a podium.

WARDROBE

• Please let me know what color the background is so I can be sure not to blend in.

RECORDING

• Please let me know if the full session will be professionally recorded on video (see contract)

• Please let me know if the full session will be professionally photographed (see contract)

PAYMENT

• I will send an invoice for a 50% deposit at the time of booking

• I will invoice for the remaining 50% after completion of the event.
